I am a big fan of clarity and transparency. When you join me for any of my courses, events or retreats, there is a commitment we both make to each other. This page aims to address any doubts that you might have and the terms under which I operate. We are undertaking any work together under the following agreement:

Pre-requisites:
Should any of the courses or offerings require any pre-requisites, they are clearly outlined on the page where such offerings are described and where you can register. Please make sure you read all the available information carefully before signing up.

Making a THAI YOGA MASSAGE booking and/or cancelling a booking

Fees:

Sessions begin at the time of the scheduled appointment; the initial session may be slightly longer to allow space to discuss the health questionnaire for assessment. 60-minute sessions are £40, and 90-minute sessions are £50.

Cancellations:

If you decide that you need to cancel or amend an appointment, please email me at least 48 hours before to avoid the full cancellation fee. True emergency situations that cannot be foreseen can be negotiated (e.g., sudden illnesses, accidents.)

Confidentiality:

Everything that you share with me will remain confidential other than the safeguarding issues that require me by law to report to the authorities.

Complaints Procedure:
I am committed to deliver all my offerings to the best of my abilities, and always go through great lengths to follow the highest industry standards. I would like you to feel re-assured however, that should you have a complaint, you will be heard, and I will make myself available as best as possible to resolve any issues.
