FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE
-
A reasonable level of fitness is expected. Our Yoga & Walking retreats are aimed at those who are active and fit, preferably with some walking/hiking experience.

Typically for a weekend, we will be walking on mixed terrain for around 4-5hrs on the Saturday, and 2-3hrs on the Sunday (depending on the length of the retreat) and there will be 1-2 yoga classes per day throughout the weekend.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
For all retreats, we recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book. This should cover you for any cancellation, illness or any other circumstances that may prevent you from attending the retreat, as well as any flight/train delays, lost luggage and any other additional travel expenses incurred.
