What to Expect from a Class
With over two decades of experience in yoga and anatomy, Jacq brings a distinctive and personal approach to every class. Her sessions are grounded in curiosity and joy—an invitation to explore how your body moves and feels in each moment.
Expect a thoughtful mix of strength-building, core stability, mobility, and flexibility work. Traditional postures obviously show up, but often with a creative, and more functional twist—and you can count on a few surprises along the way to keep things fresh and engaging!
Breath is central throughout, helping to create a sense of flow, ease, and inner calm. The practice is designed to deepen your awareness of movement patterns, support more functional and mindful movement, and nurture a strong sense of well-being.
Each class winds down with a deeply restorative shavasana or a short, guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and reconnected.

Hi, I'm Jacq

Maybe we're a lot alike you and I? Ever evolving human beings, trying our best to do and be the best we can in this ever changing world. It's quite a ride isn't it?!
I've always been a curious soul. Curious about life, about places, about people, about my own thoughts and behaviours. I was that annoying child at school, constantly asking, 'but why?'
During my on-going quest for self-awareness, one thing has become crystal clear...I love the feeling that freedom brings me. Freedom within my body of course, but also freedom in my head and in my soul, which has been the real treasure yoga has gifted me over the years.
I would like to help you to find the freedom within yourself to feel empowered,
grounded and more alive.

To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.
