NORWAY 2025
I will be co-delivering a number of retreats next year (both in the UK and abroad.)
Some are organised by me, and others organised by my lovely friend and gorgeous felt artist, Debs Esterhuizen. These will be arty/felt making/yoga/meditation/walking/wild swimming retreats - combining all our skills and talents.
The first is in southern NORWAY
(May 25th - 31st 2025)
This is a week long luxurious retreat nestled by the sea, on a ffjord close to Pulpitt Rock, near Stravanger, seen above, ) and offering full-board delicious meals. It's a very exclusive retreat, and we are keeping numbers very small to be able to offer lots of 1:1 support and guidance if need be.
There will be 4 felt-making workshops, daily yoga and meditation, relaxing Yoga Nidra, wild swimming (if you fancy a cold dip!) and a 1 day tour hiking in the fjords.
Fun is top of our list too, just in case you were wondering!😂🙏
